All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING
Appointment reminders, indicators, or online forms sent relating to appointments are not marketing and cannot be turned off. We will communicate about appointments via text, email, or phone call.
Our marketing tools can and may include:
texts about special deals and last minute openings.
educational emails relating to the massage industry.
educational emails relating to health in general.
All marketing material will have an option to unsubscribe and receive no further marketing.
APPOINTMENT CREATION AND CANCELATION POLICY
Upon requesting an appointment online, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, email, and credit card information. These are essential for our business to operate properly and assure your experience is exceptional.
Credit cards are required to reserve an appointment. This is for our business safety as any no-show appointments are not just inconvenient, it is money that could have otherwise been gained by another client.
Cancelations are sometimes necessary but the policy states that if you cancel outside of the 12 hour window, there is no penalty. If you cancel between 12 hours and 1hr prior to appointment, it is only a 50% fee of appointment charge. If you cancel within an hour of your appointment, or do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment session with no potential discounts applied.
If your card cannot be charged, you will be required to pay for any outstanding balances before returning for another session in the future.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Upon purchase of a gift certificate in any amount, you should get a digital PDF copy of your certificate in your email within 24hrs. A physical copy will also be sent through the United States Postal Service to the mailing address provided upon purchase through our website. If the address we have on file differs from the one provided upon purchase, we will use the one provided upon purchase.
The gift certificate provided will not have a To: or From: listed as those spaces are designed to be filled in by you, the purchaser. The gift certificate will have a Date of Expiration as well as a unique code on the card to prevent fraudulent use.
When redeeming a gift certificate, please present your certificate upon arrival of your appointment. Our system applies payment for your session upon your arrival so providing this to us before your session will guarantee unintended charges (and therefore unnecessary refunds) will not be made.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES
Just as with a last minute cancelation, our time is precious and it is inconvenient for us to turn clients away. However, sometimes this is necessary if a client is sick or has a communicable skin irritation. It is the responsibility of the client to let us know about these things in advance of the appointment so we can assess beforehand. Coming in for a session when obviously unable to receive massage will be treated as a "no show" and the card on file will be charged the full amount of the session.
